We are hiring a genius who can turn words into a powerful story and dull presentations into captivating experiences! As a Content writer, you will be responsible for:

Writing⠀short and⠀long-form⠀content⠀for real⠀estate,⠀liaising⠀directly⠀with the⠀Managing⠀Director⠀and⠀advising⠀on the⠀creation⠀of⠀distilled⠀and⠀accessible⠀summaries⠀of his⠀work;⠀managing⠀and⠀assisting⠀in the⠀editorial⠀calendar⠀brand⠀awareness⠀and expand⠀brand⠀traffic.⠀
Ability⠀to create⠀high-quality⠀,⠀engaging,⠀and⠀informative⠀content⠀for slides⠀,⠀including⠀text,⠀images ,⠀and⠀multimedia⠀elements.⠀
A⠀passion⠀for real⠀estate⠀trends;⠀you should⠀be very⠀comfortable⠀working in⠀a⠀fast-growing⠀company,⠀able to⠀juggle a⠀variety of⠀writing,⠀editing⠀and⠀content⠀strategy⠀objectives⠀and be a⠀self-starter⠀who⠀doesn't⠀need tons⠀of help or⠀supervision.⠀

Requirements

Fluent⠀English⠀speaker⠀and⠀writer
Strong⠀writing,⠀editing⠀and proof⠀reading⠀skills.⠀
Experience⠀with a⠀range of⠀internal,⠀digital,⠀and social⠀communication⠀formats,⠀channels⠀and tools.⠀
Strong⠀competency⠀in full MS⠀Office⠀suite,⠀particularly⠀PowerPoint⠀and Excel⠀
Design⠀software⠀experience⠀is a plus⠀
University⠀degree in⠀Journalism⠀& Mass⠀communications,⠀Marketing⠀or⠀similar.
