The Communications Assistant will support various critical functions within Builden Partners, contributing to the success of our clients’ marketing initiatives. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to develop and execute high-quality content, coordinate digital marketing efforts, manage events, and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development:

  • Draft website copy, including bios, practice descriptions, and case wins.
  • Create social media content for platforms like LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and Facebook.
  • Develop client newsletters, alerts, and award submissions while managing awards tracking.

Digital Marketing:

  • Deliver e-blasts, invitations, and advertisements.
  • Coordinate back-end website updates and social media posts, including metrics analysis.
  • Assist in graphics development for marketing initiatives.

Event Logistics:

  • Manage attendee lists and RSVPs while conducting guest outreach.
  • Provide technical and logistical support for webinars and other events.

Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market intelligence research by region or practice group.
  • Identify sponsorship and speaking opportunities for clients.

Administrative Support:

  • Update CRM systems and assist with meeting logistics.
  • Support recruiting efforts and office management tasks, including ordering gifts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a PR agency, marketing agency, or professional services setting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into high-quality deliverables.
  • Technologically proficient, with skills in back-end website management and social media platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering error-free work.
