Commercial Real Estate Appraisal Analyst Trainee

We⠀are⠀seeking a⠀qualified⠀applicant⠀to work⠀under the⠀guidance⠀of a⠀highly⠀experienced⠀MAI⠀appraisers⠀on complex⠀commercial⠀real⠀estate⠀appraisal⠀assignments.⠀This⠀position⠀will⠀provide⠀exposure⠀to many⠀different⠀property⠀types and⠀valuation⠀issues.⠀The job⠀requires a⠀person who⠀can assist⠀in the⠀collection⠀and⠀analysis⠀of data,⠀as well as⠀various⠀aspects of⠀report⠀writing,⠀to⠀formulate⠀an opinion⠀of the⠀market⠀value of⠀commercial⠀real⠀estate for⠀a variety⠀of⠀purposes⠀including⠀dispute⠀resolution,⠀mortgage⠀underwriting,⠀acquisition/disposition,⠀portfolio⠀analysis,⠀eminent⠀domain and⠀estate⠀purposes.⠀A⠀successful⠀applicant⠀will⠀possess⠀the⠀ability to⠀meet⠀demanding⠀deadlines⠀while⠀providing⠀a quality⠀product to⠀a⠀high-profile⠀clientele.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s⠀degree⠀(preferably⠀in a⠀relevant⠀field of⠀study);
• Strong⠀analytical,⠀investigative,⠀writing⠀and⠀client-relationship⠀skills;
• Advanced⠀computer/technology⠀skills;
• Professional⠀and⠀efficient,⠀well⠀organized,⠀and able⠀to meet⠀demanding⠀production⠀targets;⠀and
• Prior⠀real⠀estate⠀experience⠀and⠀appraisal⠀courses⠀would be a⠀plus.
