Key Responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator in the CIB Payments Learning Team, you will:

  • Event Coordination:

    • Manage participant nomination lists, send communications, and produce training materials.
    • Reserve conference rooms, arrange audio/visual setups, and order catering for events.
    • Serve as the primary logistical point of contact for program attendees.
  • Scheduling & Planning:

    • Assist in scheduling internal speakers, subject matter experts, and/or vendors.
    • Collect presentations and content for training programs.
    • Create and maintain project plans and job aids to outline roles, tasks, and deliverables.
  • Program Evaluation & Improvement:

    • Lead post-implementation reviews using the Kirkpatrick model to evaluate program outcomes.
    • Identify and recommend best practices to enhance project management standards and procedures.
  • Communication & Reporting:

    • Communicate project progress and decisions to senior management.
    • Develop PowerPoint presentations and project updates suitable for executive audiences.
  • Team Support:

    • Manage team resources such as meeting agendas, calendars, SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and video portals.
    • Analyze survey results, attendance metrics, and program data using Excel to provide actionable insights.
  • Special Projects:

    • Provide support for additional team initiatives and projects as required.

 Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience:

    • At least 1 year of experience in project and stakeholder management.
  • Skills:

    • Proven ability to lead and influence project teams.
    • Strong decision-making, multitasking, and organizational skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

 Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Event/meeting coordination experience, both in-person and virtual.
  • Familiarity with Payments products and functionality is a plus.
  • Experience in training or readiness activities.
  • Prior experience with CIB’s Commercial Banking or Global Corporate Banking functions.
  • SharePoint site ownership experience.
  • Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms like Zoom or Adobe Connect.
