Our development program is designed for recent college graduates eager to work with talented software engineers to create impactful solutions for the firm’s market initiatives. In this position, you will develop and support C++-based trading applications and tools, with immediate responsibilities that will directly contribute to the firm’s daily operations. This is an opportunity to grow as a programmer, learning the intricacies of creative programming and the tools that support electronic trading.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support trading applications and tools primarily using C++.
  • Contribute to building and optimizing solutions for the firm's market operations.
  • Work in a dynamic team environment to solve complex problems in the field of electronic trading.
  • Continuously learn and improve coding and systems design techniques while contributing to projects that directly impact the firm’s activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • An undergraduate or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Proficiency in C++ and Python, with additional experience in SQL, JavaScript, and React preferred.
  • Strong understanding of systems programming, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience working in a Linux environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong work ethic and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
