As a Client Solutions Director, you'll play a crucial role in both client relationship management and the execution of sophisticated digital strategies. This role is designed for individuals with strong leadership skills, a passion for digital media, and a desire to make a measurable impact in the advertising industry.
Client Leadership:
Act as the senior point of contact for your client portfolio, ensuring client success through proactive leadership and regular engagement with executive-level client leadership. Understand their business goals, marketing objectives, and competitive challenges to craft effective digital strategies.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of up to 15 Managers and Analysts. Provide strategic guidance and direction across all functional teams at Kepler, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance.
Digital Media Strategy & Execution:
Lead digital media planning, including tactic selection, partner negotiation, campaign design, and execution. Use your expertise to guide clients and internal teams in implementing data-driven campaigns that meet client goals.
Ad Operations Oversight:
Oversee ad operations, including pixel strategy, tag management, and ad trafficking for assigned clients, ensuring flawless execution.
Strategic Guidance:
Provide senior leadership and clients with insights on digital marketing strategies, measurement, and optimization, helping to drive business growth through innovative marketing solutions.
Experience:
5-10+ years of experience in digital advertising, marketing strategy/consulting, brand management, or yield optimization.
Leadership:
Experience leading cross-functional teams, directly and indirectly. Proven ability to develop and mentor junior staff members.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical capabilities, with a deep understanding of data analysis (Excel proficiency and familiarity with advanced analytical methods).
Client Management:
Strong relationship-building skills, able to manage and influence client relationships at the executive level.
Communication Skills:
Excellent listening, presentation, and written communication skills, capable of effectively articulating strategies to clients and internal teams.
Time Management:
Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented environment.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (marketing, communications, business) preferred.
