Client Services Associate

The Client Services Associate role is a developing professional position within Citi that requires specialized knowledge in monitoring and assessing processes and data. This role is integral in providing support to Securities Specialists and interacting with various teams to achieve business objectives. The role has a direct, though limited, impact on the business through the quality of tasks and services provided, and is crucial in maintaining high standards within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Monitoring: Proficiently monitor money managers' performance using Capital Markets, Bloomberg, Reuters, and Microsoft Office, and update data on a monthly basis.
• Support: Provide comprehensive support to Securities Specialists, including client market updates, account maintenance, documentation approval, and handling various financial requests.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand target clients for various investment products, and manage high call volumes, screening and prioritizing client inquiries.
• Liaison: Depending on the business model, liaise with Private Banking Universe and Wealth Teams, including Private Bankers, Relationship Managers, and Investment Counselors.
• Risk Management: Appropriately assess risks when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, and maintaining transparency in managing control issues.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to exchange information concisely and logically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Education: Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: The position offers a competitive salary range of $50,600.00 - $70,600.00.
