Your Role:
As a Client Service Associate for the Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) business, you will collaborate with portfolio management, operations, trading, and distribution teams to provide an exceptional service and operational experience for our clients. This position is essential for supporting our growing business, and we seek candidates who thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about delivering outstanding client service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new account setups, change requests, and cash raises for RIA and Broker Dealer clients.
  • Provide operational support and data entry to onboard client accounts and process ongoing activities.
  • Engage with various client types, including direct/retail investors, broker dealer platforms, institutions, and advisors.
  • Facilitate client communication through team email, delivering white-glove service across all channels.
  • Address reconciliation items (e.g., delinked accounts, negative cash accounts, new accounts) efficiently.
  • Liaise with custodians regarding service-related matters and generate custodian paperwork.
  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to manage client information.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships for SMA accounts.
  • Collaborate with multiple partners and departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Uphold a client-centric approach while managing multiple internal and external requests.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of applicable experience in a financial services/RIA/Broker Dealer environment.
  • Understanding of separately managed account structures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, both internally and externally.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Series 65 license required within 90 days of starting.

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $65,000 to $74,000 per year.
  • Total compensation includes salary and incentive pay, varying based on skills, experience, and location.

Workplace Model:
At Invesco, our workplace model is designed to meet client needs while providing employees with flexibility. Full-time employees will work with their direct manager to establish a schedule that includes at least three days in the office and two days working remotely.
