Client Intelligence and Solutions Sales

This role as an Associate on the NY Investor Access team with JPMorgan Chase offers a unique opportunity to work in corporate and expert access event management. As part of JPM’s Corporate & Investment Bank, this position focuses on planning and executing high-level corporate access events for institutional investors and corporate clients, especially in Fixed Income. Key responsibilities include venue selection, budget management, logistics coordination, and client communications, all to ensure seamless events that meet client and firm objectives.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Event Coordination: Oversee investor access events, liaise with Corporate Meetings & Events for promotion, manage logistics (such as registration, catering, AV), and communicate directly with corporate and investor clients.
2. Budget and Vendor Management: Research venues, negotiate with vendors, manage event budgets, and ensure compliance with JPMorgan's expense policies.
3. Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, research, and company management teams to promote and execute corporate access events.
4. On-Site Event Management: Travel to event sites, oversee execution, and handle client inquiries in real time.

Required Skills:

• Event Planning and Market Knowledge: Experience in event management in a banking, hospitality, or marketing context, with an understanding of capital markets.
• Communication and Organizational Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong decision-making skills, and ability to work efficiently under high-stakes conditions.
• Hybrid Event Experience: Familiarity with both virtual and in-person event planning.
• Client-Focused Approach: Ability to collaborate effectively, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
