Client Experience Director

The Client⠀Experience⠀Director⠀is⠀responsible⠀for all⠀client⠀touchpoints⠀in the⠀Landmark.⠀This⠀person⠀will have⠀oversight⠀of all⠀aspects of⠀the⠀Tiffany⠀client’s⠀experience⠀while they⠀are in the⠀Landmark.⠀Responsibilities⠀include⠀client⠀hospitality,⠀Ambassador⠀and⠀Concierge⠀team⠀management,⠀as well as⠀upholding⠀Tiffany⠀standards⠀of luxury.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Build upon⠀current⠀Tiffany⠀standards⠀for client⠀engagement⠀prior to⠀and during⠀selling⠀ceremony
• Organize⠀client⠀activations⠀with⠀partnership⠀of Client⠀Relations⠀& Retail⠀Teams
• Partner⠀with⠀Client⠀Relations⠀Director⠀on top⠀client⠀activations⠀and⠀experiences
• Develop⠀relationships⠀with⠀existing⠀and new⠀vendors to⠀support⠀the client⠀experience
• Identify⠀opportunities⠀in service⠀and⠀hospitality⠀standards⠀as it⠀applies to⠀all client⠀touch⠀points
• Identify⠀opportunities⠀in Client⠀Experience⠀and⠀Engagement⠀in tandem⠀with⠀Client⠀Relations⠀Director
• Work⠀with⠀Corporate⠀teams,⠀Client⠀Relations⠀Director,⠀and VP of⠀Flagship⠀Operations⠀to⠀develop,⠀implement,⠀and⠀monitor⠀policies⠀and⠀procedures⠀within the⠀Flagship
• Streamline⠀and⠀oversee⠀day-to-day⠀processes⠀and⠀procedures⠀related to⠀client⠀experience
• Responsibility⠀for P&L of⠀Client⠀Engagement⠀budget
• Establish⠀and⠀develop⠀strong⠀relationships⠀with local⠀restaurants⠀and hotels

Requirements:

• 10+ years⠀of Luxury⠀Hospitality⠀management
• Experience⠀in vendor⠀management⠀and food &⠀beverage⠀management
• Flexible⠀schedule⠀as needed⠀to⠀accomplish⠀immediate⠀tasks
• Ability⠀to speak,⠀read,⠀write and⠀understand⠀English
• Experience⠀in luxury⠀retail⠀and/or⠀fine⠀jewelry⠀strongly⠀preferred

The hiring range for this position ranges from $160,000-$200,000 yearly. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience. This role is also eligible for a yearly bonus.
