Civil Foreman

• Supervising⠀construction⠀activities⠀and⠀ensuring⠀that work⠀is being⠀carried⠀out⠀safely,⠀efficiently,⠀and to the⠀required⠀standard.
• Organizing⠀and⠀managing⠀workers,⠀including⠀assigning⠀tasks,⠀providing⠀training,⠀and⠀monitoring⠀performance.
• Coordinating⠀with other⠀contractors,⠀engineers,⠀and⠀architects⠀to ensure⠀that⠀projects⠀are⠀completed⠀on time⠀and to the⠀required⠀standard.
• Managing⠀materials⠀and⠀equipment,⠀including⠀ordering⠀supplies,⠀ensuring⠀that⠀equipment⠀is⠀properly⠀maintained,⠀and⠀overseeing⠀the use of⠀materials.
• Reading⠀and⠀interpreting⠀blueprints⠀and⠀specifications⠀to ensure⠀that work⠀is carried⠀out to the⠀required⠀standard.
• Ensuring⠀that all⠀work⠀complies⠀with⠀relevant⠀health and⠀safety⠀regulations⠀and⠀building⠀codes.
• Maintaining⠀records⠀and⠀documentation,⠀including⠀progress⠀reports,⠀safety⠀records,⠀and⠀inventory⠀records.
• Liaising⠀with⠀clients⠀and⠀stakeholders⠀to keep⠀them⠀informed⠀of⠀progress⠀and to⠀address⠀any⠀concerns⠀or issues⠀that⠀arise.
• Troubleshooting⠀problems⠀that arise⠀during⠀construction,⠀including⠀identifying⠀and⠀resolving⠀technical⠀issues,⠀and⠀managing⠀any⠀unforeseen⠀events⠀that⠀impact the⠀project.
• Ensuring⠀that work⠀is⠀completed⠀within the⠀allocated⠀budget,⠀and⠀managing⠀costs by⠀controlling⠀waste,⠀monitoring⠀expenditure,⠀and⠀identifying⠀areas for⠀cost⠀savings.

Job Requirements

• Education⠀: Diploma⠀in Civil⠀Engineering/Equivilant
• 2⠀- 3 years⠀of⠀experience⠀as⠀construction⠀management/Civil⠀Foreman
• Excellent⠀knowledge⠀of⠀construction⠀operations⠀and⠀equipment
• UAE⠀Driving⠀License
• Who⠀can join⠀immediately

Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
