Chief Product Officer

IntelePeer Cloud Communications is seeking a strategic and driven Product Management Executive to lead and enhance our AI and Communication Automation solutions. As a market leader in delivering transformative AI and customer interaction automation, this role is pivotal in driving the product portfolio roadmap and ensuring our products remain at the forefront of innovation. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for the creation, delivery, and commercial success of our B2B SaaS CX & AI products. This role requires a dynamic leader who can collaborate across departments to bring world-class solutions to market swiftly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI and Customer Experience Leadership:

  • Leverage Generative AI to enhance customer experiences while reducing operational costs.
  • Drive material commercial growth by positioning products effectively for target markets and buyer personas.

• Product Portfolio Management:

  • Lead a team of product managers overseeing all customer-facing products.
  • Create, communicate, and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Establish and manage an effective product management process across all product teams.

• Market Delivery and Adoption:

  • Coordinate with development, delivery, and support teams to ensure organizational readiness.
  • Work with go-to-market teams to successfully launch products and drive adoption.
  • Develop pricing and packaging strategies to simplify offerings and increase market penetration.

• Stakeholder Engagement and Vision:

  • Serve as the product evangelist, articulating the product vision to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, product marketing, and customer-facing teams to identify and prioritize new opportunities.
  • Align the product portfolio and pricing strategies to achieve commercial success.

• P&L and Metrics Management:

  • Take ownership of the P&L and key metrics for each product, ensuring financial and market success.

Education and Expertise:

• Education:

  • A four-year technical degree is required, with a Master's in a Technical Area or an MBA preferred.

• Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience managing product teams for B2B CX SaaS and AI companies.
  • Proven success in delivering AI, NLP, Data, Analytics, and/or Machine Learning products.
  • Extensive experience managing a complex product portfolio and delivering products using agile methodologies.
  • A background in Customer Experience & Communications Automation or related cloud enterprise communications offerings.

• Skills:

  • Data-driven decision-making with a strong bias toward action.
  • Experience with product prototyping and roadmap management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for innovation and visionary leadership.
