As part of this mission, we are seeking a visionary leader to join us as Chief of Staff, People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable HR strategies that align with business goals and fuel rapid growth.
  • Own and track the people budget to ensure alignment with the P&L.
  • Lead global efforts in talent acquisition, employee development, performance optimization, and succession planning.
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) throughout the organization.
  • Foster employee engagement and strengthen the unique Blueair culture.

Global Communications

  • Develop and execute an internal communication strategy that supports rapid growth and change.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to create messaging that resonates with a fast-moving global team.
  • Adapt messaging for cultural nuances across global regions.
  • Manage crisis communication to protect the brand’s reputation in high-pressure situations.

Legal & Compliance

  • Serve as the go-to for HR-related legal matters and collaborate with external counsel.
  • Ensure compliance with global labor laws and regulations.
  • Address employee relations issues with a balance of empathy and legal insight.

Data-Driven People Strategy

  • Use HR data and analytics to make informed decisions that support growth and improve team performance.
  • Stay ahead of HR industry trends and best practices to continuously improve talent management and employee experience.
  • Craft strategies to optimize organizational performance using data insights.

Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead a high-performing global HR team that fosters collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Work with leadership to drive organizational change and implement people-centric solutions that enhance business performance.
  • Ensure company values are embedded in all aspects of the organization, from hiring to team culture.

 You Bring

Experience

  • 5+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth, global company or startup environment.
  • Proven success in developing and executing HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong expertise in internal communications, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages.
  • Experience in scaling startups and navigating high-growth environments with agility.
