Position⠀Overview:

As⠀the CEO of⠀MID⠀Construction⠀Group, you⠀will be⠀responsible⠀for⠀providing⠀strategic⠀leadership⠀and vision⠀to our⠀organization.⠀You will⠀play a⠀pivotal⠀role in⠀shaping⠀our⠀company's⠀future,⠀driving⠀business⠀development,⠀and⠀ensuring⠀the⠀efficient⠀and⠀effective⠀execution⠀of⠀construction⠀projects.⠀We are⠀looking⠀for a⠀forward-thinking⠀leader who⠀can lead⠀our team,⠀build⠀strategic⠀partnerships,⠀and⠀oversee⠀the⠀day-to-day⠀operations⠀to ensure⠀the⠀continued⠀success of⠀our⠀construction⠀projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Running⠀Day to Day⠀Operations⠀over all⠀Departments⠀i.e.⠀Accounting,⠀Superintendents,⠀Projecting⠀Managers,⠀etc⠀(employee⠀management)
• Project⠀management
• Interfacing⠀with⠀clients
• Provide⠀strong⠀leadership⠀and⠀direction⠀to the⠀executive⠀team and⠀all⠀employees,⠀fostering⠀a culture⠀of⠀collaboration⠀and⠀excellence.
• Oversee⠀project⠀planning,⠀budgeting,⠀and⠀execution⠀to ensure⠀projects⠀are⠀completed⠀on time⠀and within⠀budget.
• Foster⠀and⠀maintain⠀relationships⠀with key⠀clients,⠀partners,⠀and⠀stakeholders⠀to enhance⠀the⠀company's⠀reputation⠀and drive⠀growth.
• Implement⠀and⠀monitor⠀best⠀practices⠀in⠀construction⠀management,⠀safety,⠀and⠀sustainability.
• Ensure⠀compliance⠀with all⠀industry⠀regulations⠀and⠀standards.
• Drive⠀a culture⠀of⠀continuous⠀improvement,⠀innovation,⠀and⠀employee⠀development⠀within the⠀organization.
• Monitor⠀financial⠀performance⠀and make⠀data-driven⠀decisions⠀to⠀optimize⠀profitability.

Qualifications:

• Proven⠀experience⠀as a CEO⠀or C-level⠀executive⠀at a⠀company⠀that did⠀Multifamily⠀Construction/Development⠀(Ground-up).
• Bachelor's⠀degree in⠀construction⠀management,⠀engineering,⠀business,⠀or a⠀related⠀field⠀(Master's⠀degree⠀preferred).
• Strong⠀understanding⠀of⠀construction⠀processes,⠀techniques,⠀and⠀technologies.
• Exceptional⠀strategic⠀thinking⠀and⠀problem-solving⠀abilities.
• Excellent⠀communication⠀and⠀interpersonal⠀skills.
• Demonstrated⠀ability to⠀drive⠀business⠀development⠀and⠀cultivate⠀client⠀relationships.
• A⠀track⠀record of⠀successfully⠀leading⠀and⠀motivating⠀teams to⠀achieve⠀ambitious⠀goals.
• In-depth⠀knowledge⠀of⠀industry⠀regulations⠀and safety⠀standards.
