Energy Project Finance Junior Associate

Winston's Renewable Energy Project Finance group is seeking junior associates to join its leading practice in renewable energy finance. The selected candidates will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects related to renewable energy, including wind, solar, and battery storage. The role involves complex transactions such as construction financing, term loan financing, and back-leverage financing.

The associates will be tasked with drafting financial and corporate documents, as well as assisting in the preparation of project-related documents and due diligence pertaining to the construction and operation of renewable energy projects.

The Renewable Energy Project Finance group represents lenders in renewable energy financings across the U.S., with clients that include major industry players. The team has been involved in high-profile transactions recognized as "Deals of the Year" by organizations like IJGlobal and Proximo. The practice is consistently recognized as a leader by Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, Power Finance & Risk, and U.S. News & World Report’s "Best Law Firms."

Candidates should be admitted to the Illinois Bar.
