Key Responsibilities:

  • Packaging and Production Equipment Operation: Safely operate packaging machines and production equipment, adhering to plant and company guidelines.
  • Setup and Preparation: Set up equipment in accordance with packaging specifications for manufacturing.
  • Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate daily production records to enable performance analysis.
  • Operational Support: Assist with operational needs to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Detail-Oriented: Focused on precision and quality in all tasks.
  • Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in a chemical environment is preferred.
  • Forklift Experience: Preferred, but not required.
  • Quality-Orientation: A commitment to quality control and maintaining high manufacturing standards.
  • Basic Computer Knowledge: Ability to use basic computer applications and software.
  • Quality Systems Knowledge: Preferred experience with quality management systems.
