5.⠀Manage and⠀track⠀change⠀requests,⠀ensuring⠀they are⠀properly⠀documented,⠀approved,⠀and⠀implemented⠀in⠀accordance

improvement.
9.⠀Maintain⠀accurate⠀documentation⠀of all⠀change⠀management⠀activities,⠀including⠀plans,⠀schedules,⠀and status⠀reports.
10.⠀Collaborate⠀with other⠀departments,⠀such as⠀Communications,⠀HR, and⠀IT, to⠀ensure⠀alignment⠀and⠀coordination⠀of
change⠀efforts⠀across the⠀organization.
Requirements:
1.⠀Bachelor's⠀degree in⠀Business⠀Administration,⠀Organizational⠀Development,⠀or a⠀related⠀field.
2.⠀At least 3⠀years of⠀experience⠀in⠀organizational⠀change⠀management,⠀preferably⠀in a large⠀and⠀complex⠀organization.
3.⠀Proven⠀track⠀record of⠀successfully⠀managing⠀and⠀implementing⠀change⠀initiatives.
4.⠀Strong⠀understanding⠀of change⠀management⠀principles,⠀models,⠀and⠀methodologies.
5.⠀Excellent⠀communication⠀and⠀stakeholder⠀engagement⠀skills,⠀with the⠀ability to⠀effectively⠀communicate⠀with⠀various
levels⠀of the⠀organization.
6.⠀Strong⠀analytical⠀and⠀problem-solving⠀skills,⠀with the⠀ability to⠀identify⠀areas for⠀improvement⠀and⠀recommend
solutions.
7.⠀Ability to⠀manage⠀multiple⠀projects⠀simultaneously⠀and⠀prioritize⠀tasks⠀based on⠀urgency⠀and⠀importance.
8.⠀Strong⠀attention⠀to detail⠀and⠀ability to⠀maintain⠀accuracy⠀and⠀consistency⠀in⠀documents⠀and⠀data.
9.⠀Proficient⠀in⠀Microsoft⠀Office⠀applications,⠀particularly⠀PowerPoint,⠀Word, and⠀Excel.

11.⠀Certification⠀in Change⠀Management⠀(CCM) or⠀Project⠀Management⠀(PMP) is⠀desirable⠀but not⠀required.
