About the Role:

Day to Day:

  • Redefine⠀Workflow

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate⠀with⠀clients to⠀assess⠀their⠀specific⠀change⠀needs,⠀understand⠀the impact⠀of⠀proposed⠀changes,⠀and⠀develop⠀comprehensive⠀change⠀management⠀strategies.
  • Conduct⠀in-depth⠀change⠀impact⠀assessments,⠀stakeholder⠀analyses,⠀and⠀readiness⠀assessments⠀to⠀identify⠀potential⠀challenges⠀and⠀resistance.
  • Create⠀and⠀execute⠀effective⠀change⠀management⠀plans,⠀incorporating⠀communication,⠀training,⠀and⠀reinforcement⠀strategies⠀to engage⠀stakeholders⠀and foster⠀buy-in.
  • Provide⠀guidance⠀and⠀support to⠀project⠀teams and⠀leaders in⠀effectively⠀managing⠀change-related⠀issues and⠀addressing⠀resistance.
  • Develop⠀and⠀deliver⠀engaging⠀training⠀programs⠀to equip⠀employees⠀with the⠀necessary⠀skills and⠀knowledge⠀to embrace⠀new⠀changes⠀confidently.
  • Collaborate⠀with⠀cross-functional⠀teams,⠀including⠀HR, IT,⠀and⠀business⠀units, to⠀ensure⠀alignment⠀and⠀seamless⠀integration⠀of change⠀management⠀activities.
  • Serve⠀as a⠀proactive⠀and⠀empathetic⠀advocate⠀for⠀employees⠀throughout⠀the change⠀process,⠀addressing⠀concerns⠀and⠀maintaining⠀a positive⠀change⠀environment.
  • Provide⠀periodic⠀progress⠀reports⠀and⠀updates to⠀project⠀stakeholders⠀and⠀management,⠀highlighting⠀milestones,⠀challenges,⠀and⠀successes.

Salary⠀Range: The⠀salary for⠀this⠀position⠀is between⠀$90000 –⠀$100000⠀annually.⠀Factors⠀which may⠀affect pay⠀within⠀this range⠀may⠀include⠀geography/market,⠀skills,⠀education,⠀experience,⠀and other⠀qualifications⠀of the⠀successful⠀candidate.
