Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Casino Marketing Specialist to oversee the daily execution of casino marketing campaigns. This role involves managing marketing calendars and workflows, proofing and routing direct mail, emails, and other channels, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure timely asset delivery and deployment. The specialist will focus on optimizing campaigns to drive daily booking revenue and support the growth of the casino business.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: Develop, implement, and analyze integrated casino marketing programs to drive conversion, including direct mail, email, and digital advertising communications.
- Strategy and KPI Recommendations: Recommend and present strategies for various marketing initiatives, including digital, social, and direct mail channels. Set and evaluate KPIs such as ROI, web visits, open/click rates, and bookings.
- Project Management: Create and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion, adherence to brand guidelines, and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work with key stakeholders and agency partners to gather and organize details for strategy and creative briefs.
- Creative Oversight: Collaborate with creative and digital marketing teams to ensure emails are mobile-friendly and meet engagement goals.
- Reporting and Optimization: Collect and analyze campaign results, make recommendations for improvements, and test and optimize marketing materials for better performance.
- Competitive Analysis: Research competitive offers and recommend tests to enhance marketing strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with casino stakeholders and Global Casino Operations to establish effective offers and campaigns.
- Marketing Materials: Work with internal and external teams to create materials that increase ROI and conversions.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Address and resolve technical issues related to casino campaigns and communicate solutions effectively.
- Opportunity Identification: Seek new marketing opportunities to drive lead generation and increase the database.
- User Experience Improvement: Collaborate with web and IT teams to enhance the user experience for online casino bookings.
- Land-Based Promotions: Support land-based casino promotions, including creative approvals and event support.
- Analytics Collaboration: Work with the analytics team to understand and improve campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in retail or promotional marketing, preferably with experience in casino, travel, or hospitality marketing.
- Skills:
- Strong sense of urgency, decision-making, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with online advertising, direct mail, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with budgeting, Adobe AEP, Asana, Workfront, Outlook, and Smartsheets is preferred but not required.
- Ability to plan and strategize integrated marketing communications programs.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Copywriting/editing skills are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional team meetings.
- Comfortable working independently.

Base Salary Range: $59,200 - $79,900. Final salary is based on qualifications and experience.
