- Collaborate with Staffing and Talent teams for accurate reviews in Workday.
- Coordinate timing for participants transitioning to traditional evaluations.
- Use Workday reporting for follow-ups on outstanding reviews.
Supporting CD Leadership:
- Respond to CD Advisor questions regarding Workday.
- Prepare materials for meetings and check-ins on timely topics.
Communication with CT Staff:
- Answer questions on Workday.
- Communicate CD Advisor assignments to new staff.
- Assist in onboarding sessions and training.
Ongoing Support:
- Help execute local strategic initiatives.
- Prepare for year-end staff bonus processes.
- Engage with other CD colleagues across North America.
Skills and Qualifications
