Business Management

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a motivated Business Manager for our Global Market Strategy & Trading division. This role will drive strategy, operational efficiency, and execution of high-priority investment initiatives across asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, and FX) within our Investment Sales & Trading Business Management Team. This team collaborates closely with senior leadership and supports functions across the organization, acting as advisors on product development, trading processes, regulatory compliance, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance trading performance and profitability.
• Collaborate with senior management to define objectives, set targets, and identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee trading strategy execution and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Optimize trading processes, infrastructure, and systems for improved efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams for strategic projects and initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to inform decision-making.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory entities.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in project management, with a focus on large-scale financial projects, product management, and familiarity with financial markets.
• Skills:
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative abilities.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven record in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
  • Understanding of trading systems, processes, and conventions across asset classes.
  • Ability to deconstruct complex issues and develop innovative solutions.

Preferred Skills

• E-Trading experience (1+ years).
• Coding experience in Python or Alteryx (1+ years).
