Role Overview: The Business Development Support Specialist (BDSS) plays a critical role in supporting the sales efforts of our Centralized Business Development Officers (BDOs) by driving net new assets to Schwab. This role helps Managing Directors and BDOs grow Schwab’s market share through sophisticated sales discovery and development processes. The BDSS delivers a variety of support elements to ensure the success of BDOs in their sales efforts and provides exceptional client experiences during the deal development process and advisor onboarding.
