Business Development Representative

Holland America Line is looking for a driven sales professional to increase sales and market share with travel agency and tour operator distribution accounts. This position is dual-branded for both Holland America Line and Seabourn, and it provides sales support to the Business Development Manager (BDM) to meet revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed quarterly/annual net ticket revenue goals.
• Conduct a minimum of 15 outbound calls daily to prospect new accounts.
• Collaborate with BDM to communicate with travel professionals and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify high-potential accounts for BDM's focus.
• Support the territory and assist BDMs in managing agency relationships.
• Provide travel agencies with sales materials and resolve booking issues by directing them to appropriate departments.
• Stay up to date on Holland America and Seabourn products, offering training and sales support to partners.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce and conduct virtual training and telephone sales projects.

Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in sales account management and/or call center environments.
• Knowledge of Holland America Line and Seabourn products.
• Proven relationship sales experience with a track record of revenue growth.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).

• Base Salary Range: $52,100 – $70,400, depending on qualifications and experience.
