Role Overview: As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the key customer contact and sales consultant at our headquarters in Naples, FL. You will play a crucial role in building relationships, driving sales growth, and recommending solutions that meet the needs of our customers. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and make a significant impact within a rapidly growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement & Sales:

    • Develop a deep understanding of Leadline's solutions and industry knowledge.
    • Establish new sales opportunities by building a pipeline and network within niche market sectors.
    • Generate leads through research, campaign planning, and effective communication.
    • Make 60-80 dials per day to new prospects and existing clients, pitching Leadline solutions.
    • Qualify inbound leads, schedule follow-up appointments with the VP of Sales, and deliver tailored messaging to prospective clients.
  • Pipeline Management:

    • Use HubSpot CRM software to track and manage sales activities.
    • Negotiate pricing and supply proposals according to company policies.
    • Warm call on lost and/or dormant accounts to retain business.
    • Deliver against a monthly lead quota set by your manager.
  • Networking & Industry Engagement:

    • Attend industry-specific trade shows or networking events.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better serve clients.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • 1-2 years of experience in cold calling, outbound customer contact, lead generation, or qualifying prospects.
  • Skills & Attributes:

    • Self-starter with a willingness to make outbound sales calls and follow up with leads.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to research, plan, and execute sales strategies.
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
    • Familiarity with web-based applications and CRM tools (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
    • Experience in a SaaS/technology environment is an advantage.
    • Energetic, high performer with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
