As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the driving force behind IMO’s expansion in the healthcare sector. Your role will focus on generating top-of-funnel leads, nurturing new relationships, and setting the stage for future sales opportunities. Working closely with our enterprise sales teams, you will help lay the groundwork for long-term success while promoting IMO’s innovative healthcare technology solutions.

  • Lead Generation:
    • Drive the growth of IMO’s market presence and revenue pipeline by generating qualified leads.
  • Sales Support:
    • Support enterprise sales teams by providing well-researched prospects and scheduling key meetings to shorten the sales cycle.

 You’ll Do

  • Prospecting & Lead Development:
    • Identify and qualify potential clients through multi-channel outreach and convert them into sales-ready leads.
  • Sales Support:
    • Partner with Enterprise Sales Teams and internal groups to optimize outreach strategies and build a solid sales pipeline.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate long-term relationships with prospects by aligning their needs with IMO’s solutions.
  • Sales Process Management:
    • Manage pipeline activity and performance goals via Salesforce, regularly reporting on progress and impact.

 You’ll Need

  • Experience:
    • 1+ years of sales or business development experience, with the ability to effectively communicate value propositions and handle objections.
    • SaaS experience is a plus, though a willingness to learn is essential.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing a fast-paced sales process.
    • Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Aptitude for learning and using CRM systems, with Salesforce experience being a plus.
  • Interest in Healthcare:
    • A genuine interest in the transformative potential of healthcare technology is highly valued.
