A leading⠀training⠀institute⠀that⠀delivers⠀training⠀and⠀coaching⠀services⠀in the UAE⠀is hiring⠀a business⠀development⠀manager to⠀join their⠀team⠀.

Identify⠀new⠀business⠀opportunities⠀deliver⠀service in⠀the field⠀of⠀training,⠀identify⠀new⠀markets⠀and new⠀partnerships,⠀manage new⠀ways to⠀reach⠀existing⠀markets,⠀create new⠀programs⠀as per the⠀needs of⠀the⠀industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate⠀leads and⠀cold⠀calling⠀prospective⠀customers
  • Develop⠀opportunities⠀in target⠀markets⠀with the⠀support of⠀marketing
  • Nurturing⠀and⠀developing⠀relationships⠀with key⠀customer⠀accounts
  • Attending⠀face-to-face⠀meetings⠀with⠀clients
  • Providing⠀specialist⠀advice on⠀the⠀products⠀and/or⠀services⠀you’re⠀selling

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • business development manager in the UAE: 7 years (Required)
  • Business Development with training / coaching center in UAE: 5 years (Required)
  • Corporate Sales/ B2B sales: 5 years (Required)
  • selling Corporate trainings / soft skills training services: 5 years (Required)
