Key Areas of Responsibility
Growth Planning and Coordination
- Collaborate with solution line leaders to develop and adjust Aon United’s growth plan.
- Partner with leadership at local, regional, and national levels to identify new business opportunities and activate growth strategies with sales teams.
- Aggregate insights from North American business planning and support sales meetings for prospect identification and client penetration.
- Work with North American leadership to prioritize high-impact growth strategies and define data requirements for reporting.
Key Resource for Growth Enablement Tools
- Train and coach colleagues on utilizing CRM, marketing, and analytics tools effectively to support business growth.
- Provide leadership with industry insights, targeting strategies, and sales tools (e.g., Heat Map, LMP, Cross Sell).
- Utilize third-party data platforms (e.g., MiEdge, Pitchbook, D&B Hoovers) to support sales targeting and client/prospect pursuits.
- Offer operational support for Sales Teams and Pursuit & Creative Team in preparing client presentations.
Business Performance Analysis and Insight
- Provide key analytics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Develop and maintain accurate pipeline reporting, including revenue forecasts and client acquisition activities.
- Generate insights to help leadership improve decision-making processes, including office performance evaluations, sales metrics, and deal analysis.
Growth Campaign Execution
- Partner with office leadership to plan and execute growth campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop national strategies focused on industry, product, cross-sell, and key account targeting.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of growth campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Development of Global Standards for North American Operations
- Partner with Growth Operations and Commercial Leadership to create and implement standards for growth planning, client discovery, proposal management, and client feedback.

- Tech Savvy: Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua), and advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience or related formal training.
Additional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, CRM systems, and sales enablement platforms.
- Strong track record in delivering strategic insights that contribute to business growth.

- Compensation: Salary range of $70,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience and skills.
