Role⠀Summary:

The⠀Business⠀Banking⠀Specialist⠀II is an⠀expert in⠀the⠀Commercial⠀Banking⠀Contact⠀Center⠀that⠀provides⠀exceptional⠀service as⠀they⠀establish⠀new⠀business⠀banking⠀relationships,⠀open⠀business⠀accounts.⠀Take,⠀process⠀and⠀business⠀loans⠀under⠀$75,000⠀and serve⠀as a⠀Notary⠀Public.⠀The BBSII⠀is also⠀proficient⠀with⠀layered⠀business⠀entities,⠀and other⠀sophisticated⠀account⠀maintenance.⠀They will⠀use their⠀experience⠀and⠀in-depth⠀knowledge⠀to service⠀as a⠀mentor and⠀train new⠀Business⠀Banking⠀Specialists.⠀They will⠀be⠀excellent⠀at⠀deepening⠀member⠀relationships⠀by⠀referring,⠀follow up,⠀and they⠀will cross⠀sell⠀Treasury⠀Management⠀products,⠀online⠀banking,⠀credit⠀cards,⠀loans, and⠀accounts.⠀Control⠀risk and⠀perform⠀duties in⠀a safe⠀manner.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Provide⠀Exceptional⠀Member⠀Service by⠀tackling⠀problems,⠀take⠀ownership⠀of member⠀concerns,⠀provide⠀prompt⠀resolutions,⠀and close⠀the loop⠀on each⠀transaction.
  • Have⠀a deep⠀understanding⠀of⠀financial⠀literacy⠀and be⠀able to⠀discuss it⠀with⠀members.
  • Maintain⠀an⠀up-to-date⠀and⠀comprehensive⠀knowledge⠀of all⠀credit⠀union⠀products,⠀services,⠀policies,⠀and⠀procedures,⠀as well as⠀industry⠀regulations.
  • Primarily⠀responsible⠀for the⠀preparation⠀of⠀financial⠀analysis⠀and⠀perform⠀secondary⠀specialized⠀analysis⠀of credit⠀cards and⠀loans,⠀along with⠀establishing⠀new⠀memberships,⠀opening⠀accounts,⠀and⠀treasury⠀management⠀service⠀onboarding.⠀Understand⠀state laws⠀regarding⠀membership⠀eligibility⠀and⠀business⠀banking⠀relationships.⠀Liaison to⠀Commercial⠀Lenders⠀and SBA⠀Management.
  • Provide⠀service to⠀highly⠀valued⠀commercial,⠀small⠀business,⠀municipal⠀members⠀and assist⠀with⠀business⠀banking⠀needs such⠀as⠀transfers,⠀online⠀banking,⠀initiating⠀domestic⠀and⠀international⠀wire⠀transfers,⠀and⠀deposit⠀account⠀maintenance.
  • Provide⠀Notary⠀Public⠀services⠀in⠀accordance⠀with state⠀regulations⠀and credit⠀union⠀policies.
  • Must⠀become⠀BSACS⠀Level I⠀certification⠀required⠀within⠀four⠀months,⠀Level II⠀within⠀first⠀year.
  • Provide⠀backup for⠀call⠀center and⠀help desk⠀functions.
  • Cross-sell⠀consumer⠀products⠀and⠀services,⠀mortgage⠀loans, and⠀Gesa⠀Financial⠀Solutions.
  • Promote⠀treasury⠀management⠀services⠀and other⠀digital⠀banking⠀initiatives.
  • Identify⠀issues and⠀provide⠀members⠀with⠀valued⠀added⠀solutions.
  • Maintain⠀confidentiality⠀and⠀security⠀of member⠀information⠀according⠀to⠀regulatory⠀and⠀organization⠀guidelines⠀and⠀policies.
  • Perform⠀all⠀responsibilities⠀in⠀accordance⠀with⠀company⠀policies⠀and⠀regulatory⠀requirements.⠀Control⠀risk and⠀perform⠀duties in⠀a safe and⠀sound⠀manner.
  • Complete⠀assigned⠀training⠀programs⠀in a⠀timely and⠀accurate⠀manner.⠀Attend⠀credit⠀union⠀training⠀sessions,⠀conferences,⠀or⠀seminars⠀if⠀approved⠀by the⠀Team⠀Leader.
  • Demonstrate⠀and⠀support⠀credit⠀union⠀values and⠀service⠀standards.
  • Provides⠀member⠀service⠀according⠀to the⠀exceptional⠀service⠀and⠀experience⠀standards⠀outlined⠀by⠀management.
  • Other⠀duties and⠀projects⠀as⠀assigned⠀to assist⠀the⠀commercial⠀department⠀and its⠀commercial⠀banking⠀members.

What You Will Need:

Salary Range:

$26.54-$39.81
