Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

1.⠀Collaborate⠀with⠀business⠀stakeholders⠀to gather⠀and⠀document⠀detailed⠀business⠀requirements,⠀objectives,⠀and goals⠀and

identify⠀data-driven⠀solutions⠀to⠀business⠀challenges.

2.⠀Conduct⠀in-depth⠀analysis⠀of⠀existing⠀business⠀processes,⠀systems,⠀and data⠀to⠀identify⠀areas for⠀improvement⠀and

optimization.

3.⠀Define and⠀prioritize⠀project⠀scope,⠀objectives,⠀and⠀deliverables,⠀ensuring⠀alignment⠀with⠀business⠀strategies.

4.⠀Lead⠀requirements⠀workshops⠀and⠀facilitate⠀discussions⠀to elicit⠀business⠀needs,⠀functional⠀requirements,⠀and⠀constraints.

5.⠀Develop⠀clear and⠀comprehensive⠀business⠀requirements⠀documents⠀and use⠀cases for⠀proposed⠀solutions.

6.⠀Work⠀closely⠀with the⠀development⠀team,⠀providing⠀guidance⠀and⠀support⠀throughout⠀the⠀software⠀development⠀life

cycle.

7.⠀Analyze⠀and⠀interpret⠀data,⠀turning⠀complex⠀data sets⠀into⠀actionable⠀insights⠀for⠀business⠀stakeholders.

8.⠀Perform⠀cost-benefit⠀analysis⠀and⠀feasibility⠀studies⠀for⠀proposed⠀projects⠀to⠀evaluate⠀potential⠀risks and⠀benefits.

9.⠀Collaborate⠀with QA⠀teams to⠀design and⠀execute⠀test⠀scenarios,⠀ensuring⠀that⠀solutions⠀meet⠀business⠀requirements.

10.⠀Monitor⠀and report⠀on project⠀progress,⠀identifying⠀potential⠀issues and⠀recommending⠀corrective⠀actions as⠀needed.

11.⠀Stay⠀up-to-date⠀with⠀industry⠀trends,⠀best⠀practices,⠀and⠀emerging⠀technologies⠀to⠀continuously⠀improve⠀business⠀analysis

methodologies.

Requirements:

1.⠀Bachelor's⠀or⠀Master's⠀degree in⠀Business⠀Administration,⠀Computer⠀Science,⠀or a⠀related⠀field.

2.⠀Proven⠀experience⠀as a⠀Business⠀Analyst,⠀with a⠀focus on⠀complex⠀projects⠀and⠀stakeholder⠀management.

3.⠀Strong⠀analytical⠀skills,⠀with the⠀ability to⠀understand⠀and⠀articulate⠀business⠀needs and⠀requirements⠀effectively.

4.⠀Experience⠀in process⠀mapping,⠀workflow⠀analysis,⠀and⠀documentation⠀of⠀business⠀processes.

5.⠀Proficiency⠀in⠀business⠀analysis⠀tools and⠀techniques,⠀such as⠀data⠀modelling,⠀use case⠀development,⠀and⠀prototyping.

6.⠀Excellent⠀communication⠀and⠀presentation⠀skills,⠀with the⠀ability to⠀communicate⠀technical⠀concepts⠀to⠀non-technical

stakeholders.

7.⠀Strong⠀problem-solving⠀and⠀critical-thinking⠀skills,⠀with a⠀strategic⠀mindset⠀and⠀attention⠀to⠀detail.

8.⠀Ability to⠀work⠀independently⠀and take⠀ownership⠀of⠀assigned⠀tasks⠀while also⠀being a⠀collaborative⠀team⠀player.

9.⠀Prior⠀experience⠀in project⠀management⠀or project⠀coordination⠀is a⠀plus.
