With a hybrid work model, we’re looking for an exceptional candidate to join our Financial Operations team in this essential role.

Role Overview

In this position, you will be part of the U.S. Financial Operations team, responsible for processing over $1 billion in annual client invoices. As a Billing Assistant, you will support Billing Analysts and Lead Revenue Specialists throughout the monthly invoicing cycle by handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Core responsibilities include editing documents, following invoicing steps, preparing reports, sharing information, and participating in projects. Precision, timeliness, and a collaborative approach are crucial to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute billing information and correspondence.
  • Compile and share client reports and related information.
  • Track and maintain spreadsheets with results and relevant activities.
  • Support departmental initiatives and special projects.
  • Complete additional assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications is essential.
