We operate in a hybrid work environment and are searching for an exceptional "A" player to join our Financial Operations team in this critical role.

Position Overview

As part of the U.S. Financial Operations division, responsible for issuing over $1 billion in client invoices annually, the Billing Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting Billing Analysts and Lead Revenue Specialists throughout the monthly invoicing process. This role involves a range of administrative and clerical tasks integral to the firm’s invoicing workflow, including document editing, report generation, and project contributions. The position requires accuracy, timeliness, a collaborative mindset, and a strong focus on service. Duties include editing draft client invoices and supporting tasks involved in preparing invoices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compiling and distributing billing information and related correspondence.
  • Preparing and sharing client reports and relevant documentation.
  • Updating spreadsheets to track activities and outcomes.
  • Assisting with departmental projects and initiatives.
  • Performing other tasks as needed to support the team.

  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications required.
