Job Purpose:
The Bell Attendant cum Chauffeur provides exceptional customer service by greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and managing transportation needs. The role includes driving guests to and from the airport in a safe and efficient manner, maintaining the cleanliness of company vehicles, and ensuring the overall guest experience is seamless.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shift Duties: Participate in daily shift briefings with the Concierge team and ensure timely attendance for duty hand-over.
- Flight Schedule Management: Verify daily flight schedules and ensure necessary preparations are made for guest transportation.
- Transport Coordination: Manage transport requests related to the flight schedule, ensuring cars are available on time.
- Guest Reception: Welcome and greet guests upon arrival and departure at the FBO terminal.
- Baggage Handling: Assist with guest baggage according to standard operating procedures for arrivals and departures.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily vehicle inspections at the start of each shift and report any issues to the Supervisor.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Ensure cleanliness of transportation vehicles and baggage trolleys, and maintain a high standard of health and safety for all.
- Escorting Guests: Escort visitors and introduce them to the relevant staff members.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as managing couriers and shipments.
- Communication: Use appropriate communication channels to interact with other teams while following company etiquette.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service with attention to detail, maintaining grooming standards and error control.
- Driving Regulations: Adhere to driving regulations, including observing speed limits and ensuring safe transport.
- Other Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Level Education.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in aviation ground support or the hospitality industry.
- Skills:
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Intermediate IT skills (MS Office, database management).
- Experience in luggage transport procedures.
- Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs.
- Valid UAE driving license.
