Your Role as a Bankruptcy Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Document Management:
- Scan and upload bankruptcy-related documents into CRMs (e.g., Jira, Excel) and customer portals (e.g., CashNetUSA, NetCredit, Headway).
Compliance & Accuracy:
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and company quality standards.
- Ensure accurate updates for all customer accounts.
Issue Resolution:
- Identify, analyze, and resolve account discrepancies.
- Escalate complex or abnormal cases to management.
System Utilization:
- Leverage resources like Wiki, Jira, and bankruptcy court's ePOC system for operational tasks.
Ad-Hoc Tasks:
- Handle escalated duties and special projects as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience with bankruptcy workflows and processes.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Communication:
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Independence & Organization:
- Capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
