Your Role as a Bankruptcy Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Management:

    • Scan and upload bankruptcy-related documents into CRMs (e.g., Jira, Excel) and customer portals (e.g., CashNetUSA, NetCredit, Headway).
  • Compliance & Accuracy:

    • Maintain strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and company quality standards.
    • Ensure accurate updates for all customer accounts.
  • Issue Resolution:

    • Identify, analyze, and resolve account discrepancies.
    • Escalate complex or abnormal cases to management.
  • System Utilization:

    • Leverage resources like Wiki, Jira, and bankruptcy court's ePOC system for operational tasks.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks:

    • Handle escalated duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • At least 1 year of experience with bankruptcy workflows and processes.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • Accurate data entry skills.
  • Communication:
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Independence & Organization:
    • Capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
