The Audit Process Analyst will be a key player in ensuring compliance with internal, customer, and accreditation requirements by analyzing and managing large datasets related to auditing processes. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, the Analyst will gather, process, cleanse, normalize, and apply calculations to data from various sources. This role will involve discovering patterns, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and supporting the auditing team in continuous process improvement and compliance monitoring.

Main Activities:

  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build strong relationships with primary customer contacts and stakeholders.
    • Understand the customer's business, markets served, and business challenges to better support their needs.
    • Participate in customer meetings and projects as needed.
  • Audit Reviews:

    • Complete CSR non-certification and certification audit reviews.
    • Ensure audits align with company and customer expectations.
  • Customer Service:

    • Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and best practices.
    • Address customer inquiries and requirements, offering solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Data Management & Analysis:

    • Upload audits, addendums, and schedules to customer platforms and manage requests.
    • Monitor and analyze key account data, including customer information and audit performance.
    • Provide data summaries, trend analysis, KPIs, and other reports to key customers and internal teams.
  • Problem Identification & Improvement:

    • Analyze data points to identify KPIs, trends, and potential problems within auditing operations.
    • Recommend improvements based on data analysis.
  • Complaint Handling & Monitoring:

    • Assist with customer complaint handling, recall monitoring, and investigation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Act as a liaison between IT and the auditing division to ensure smooth data transfer and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide technical support for audit tools, databases, learning platforms, and internal processes.
  • Training & Development:

    • Provide training and assistance to staff and auditors regarding customer requirements, audit tools, and databases.
    • Lead the design and development of new competency monitoring tools and continuous improvement processes.
  • Other Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the development of internal processes and IT-related tasks.
    • Manage multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • At least 3 years of relevant work experience required.
    • Degree in Computer Science, Math, Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Required Skills:

    • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders on complex cross-functional teams.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to understand and interpret complex internal and external systems.
    • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to provide usable summary information to the management team.
