Position: Audit Process Analyst

We are seeking an Audit Process Analyst to join our Auditing Compliance team at 401 N Michigan Ave, Suite 1400, Chicago, IL. In this role, you will work closely with both clients and internal stakeholders to gather, process, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources. You will help the auditing team identify trends and patterns and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain compliance with internal, client, and accreditation standards. You’ll also be responsible for developing processes and tools to communicate data insights to management and key clients, requiring a solid understanding of internal and external customer needs to optimize auditing processes for business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with primary client contacts and stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their business, market, and challenges.
• Complete CSR non-cert and certification audit reviews.
• Provide high-quality customer service following Mérieux NutriSciences policies and best practices, assessing and responding to customer needs.
• Respond to client inquiries, understand their requirements, and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
• Upload audits and manage scheduling on client platforms; coordinate with both internal and external auditing stakeholders.
• Manage North American client requests, provide support to global Mérieux contacts, and facilitate communication between the client and global contacts.
• Monitor and analyze data for key accounts, generating data summaries, trend analysis, KPIs, and reports for internal management and clients.
• Identify KPIs, trends, and areas for improvement within the auditing group.
• Assist with customer complaints, recall monitoring, and investigations per company quality policies.
• Act as a liaison between IT and the auditing team to ensure smooth data transfer and client satisfaction.
• Provide technical support for audit tools and platforms, and train staff and auditors on requirements and tools.
• Lead development of new techniques and processes to monitor auditor competency and support continuous improvement in compliance with Accreditation Body (AB) and ISO standards.
• Support process development tasks, including IT-related initiatives, as needed.
• Manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing environment.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to work effectively with stakeholders on cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of complex internal and external systems.
• Ability to interpret data and provide usable insights to management.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Work Environment:

• Office-based role with appropriate lighting and temperature controls.
• Occasional lifting (up to 30 pounds).
• Extended periods of sitting and keyboard use.
