- 4⠀year⠀bachelors⠀degree in⠀Accounting
- Masters⠀degree⠀preferred
- Licensed⠀CPA
- 7-10⠀years of⠀experience⠀working⠀for an⠀accounting⠀firm
- Energetically⠀managing,⠀coaching,⠀and⠀developing⠀staff⠀accountants
