Key Responsibilities:
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Work alongside experienced Sales Representatives and Managers to learn clinical and product knowledge, selling techniques, and how to build a successful business in the healthcare sector.
- Training & Development: Receive training on products and clinical knowledge and be expected to independently study to perform at a high level, particularly in the operating room setting.
- Promote Solutions: Represent Stryker as a leader in the CMF market, identifying and selling products that directly impact patients' lives.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Identify new prospects and continuously develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to grow your business and the company’s footprint.
- Collaboration: Work with Sales Representatives to determine the necessary resources and ensure smooth operations and account management.
