• Conduct⠀research⠀and⠀analysis⠀on⠀potential⠀investment⠀opportunities⠀and market⠀trends in⠀the⠀private⠀credit⠀space.
• Prepare⠀investment⠀memos and⠀financial⠀models to⠀evaluate⠀the risk⠀and return⠀potential⠀of⠀prospective⠀investments.
• Collaborate⠀with⠀senior⠀investment⠀professionals⠀to⠀structure,⠀negotiate,⠀and⠀execute⠀private⠀credit⠀investments.
• Monitor⠀and⠀analyse⠀the⠀performance⠀of⠀existing⠀investments⠀and make⠀recommendations⠀for⠀ongoing⠀management.
• Communicate⠀with⠀external⠀partners,⠀including⠀lenders,⠀borrowers,⠀and other⠀investors,⠀as well as⠀internal⠀stakeholders,⠀such as⠀legal and⠀compliance⠀teams.
• Participate⠀in due⠀diligence⠀efforts,⠀including⠀conducting⠀interviews⠀and⠀reviewing⠀financial⠀statements⠀and legal⠀documents.
• Help⠀develop⠀and⠀implement⠀investment⠀strategies⠀across⠀various⠀private⠀credit⠀markets.
• Maintain⠀up-to-date⠀knowledge⠀of⠀industry⠀trends and⠀best⠀practices⠀in private⠀credit⠀investing.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's⠀degree in⠀finance,⠀economics,⠀or related⠀field.
• Minimum⠀of 3-5⠀years of⠀relevant⠀work⠀experience⠀in private⠀credit⠀investing,⠀leveraged⠀finance,⠀or⠀sell-side⠀M&A at a⠀bulge-bracket⠀investment⠀bank or⠀Big⠀Four.
• Strong⠀analytical⠀skills,⠀including⠀financial⠀modelling⠀and⠀valuation⠀experience.
• Excellent⠀communication⠀skills,⠀both⠀written⠀and⠀verbal,⠀with the⠀ability to⠀present⠀complex⠀information⠀in a clear⠀and⠀concise⠀manner.
• Ability⠀to work⠀collaboratively⠀in a team⠀environment.
• Strong⠀attention⠀to detail⠀and⠀organisational⠀skills.
• Fluency⠀in Arabic⠀is a⠀bonus.
