Basic Qualifications:
STEM⠀(Science,⠀Technology,⠀Engineering,⠀Math)⠀degree⠀plus 0 or⠀more years⠀of⠀experience⠀in⠀manufacturing⠀and/or⠀production⠀in an⠀aerospace⠀environment
Must⠀have a⠀current⠀and active⠀DoD Secret⠀security⠀clearance⠀with a⠀periodic⠀re-investigation⠀OR an⠀original⠀adjudication⠀date⠀completed⠀within the⠀last 5⠀years
Must⠀have the⠀ability to⠀obtain and⠀maintain⠀Special⠀Program⠀Access⠀within a⠀reasonable⠀period of⠀time, as⠀determined⠀by the⠀company to⠀meet its⠀business⠀need.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salary Range: $70,200 - $105,400
Employees⠀may be⠀eligible⠀for a⠀discretionary⠀bonus in⠀addition⠀to base⠀pay.⠀Annual⠀bonuses⠀are⠀designed⠀to reward⠀individual⠀contributions⠀as well as⠀allow⠀employees⠀to share⠀in company⠀results.⠀Employees⠀in Vice⠀President⠀or⠀Director⠀positions⠀may be⠀eligible⠀for Long⠀Term⠀Incentives.⠀In⠀addition,⠀Northrop⠀Grumman⠀provides a⠀variety of⠀benefits⠀including⠀health⠀insurance⠀coverage,⠀life and⠀disability⠀insurance,⠀savings⠀plan,⠀Company⠀paid⠀holidays⠀and paid⠀time off⠀(PTO) for⠀vacation⠀and/or⠀personal⠀business.
