Associate Director

Subaru of⠀America is⠀seeking a⠀dynamic⠀Associate⠀Director⠀of⠀Business⠀Intelligence⠀and⠀Analytics⠀to drive⠀the⠀strategic⠀vision and⠀execution⠀of our⠀business⠀intelligence⠀and⠀analytics⠀initiatives.⠀This role⠀will⠀develop a⠀comprehensive⠀roadmap to⠀support⠀critical⠀decision-making⠀processes,⠀considering⠀both IT⠀trends and⠀business⠀needs. The⠀Associate⠀Director⠀will⠀collaborate⠀with⠀various⠀business⠀groups and⠀stakeholders⠀within⠀Subaru of⠀America to⠀shape the⠀future of⠀our⠀Business⠀Intelligence⠀and⠀Analytics⠀framework.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish⠀a⠀clear⠀vision⠀and⠀develop⠀a⠀strategic⠀roadmap⠀for⠀Business⠀Intelligence⠀and⠀Analytics⠀which⠀includes⠀a⠀rebuild⠀of⠀BI in⠀a⠀new⠀cloud⠀environment.
• Develop⠀and⠀operationalize⠀analytics⠀platforms⠀and⠀solutions⠀to⠀enhance⠀operational⠀excellence⠀and⠀business⠀agility.
• Partner⠀closely⠀with⠀senior⠀management,⠀key⠀business⠀stakeholders,⠀and⠀IT⠀groups⠀to⠀maximize⠀the⠀value⠀of⠀Business⠀Analytics⠀programs.
• Identify⠀and⠀develop⠀key⠀performance⠀indicators⠀to⠀provide⠀actionable⠀performance⠀insights.
• Support⠀the⠀development⠀of⠀data⠀strategies⠀and⠀implement⠀a⠀robust⠀data⠀governance⠀framework.
• Ensure⠀data⠀integrity⠀and⠀consistency⠀across⠀all⠀systems.
• Manage⠀vendor⠀relationships⠀and⠀partnerships⠀to⠀enhance⠀the⠀Business⠀Intelligence⠀and⠀Analytics⠀platform.
• Develop⠀and⠀manage⠀the⠀budget,⠀monitor⠀spending,⠀allocate⠀resources,⠀and⠀adjust⠀forecasts⠀to⠀meet⠀financial⠀targets.
• Lead,⠀manage,⠀and⠀develop⠀a⠀cross-functional⠀team,⠀ensuring⠀effective⠀performance⠀and⠀growth.
• Negotiate⠀service⠀level⠀agreements⠀with⠀service⠀providers⠀and⠀monitor⠀service⠀delivery⠀to⠀meet⠀targets⠀and⠀standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Solid⠀understanding⠀of key⠀Business⠀Intelligence⠀and⠀Analytics⠀trends.
• Strong⠀experience⠀with⠀business⠀intelligence⠀and⠀analytics⠀concepts,⠀platforms,⠀and tools,⠀including⠀advanced⠀capabilities⠀like⠀predictive⠀analytics.
• Solid⠀understanding⠀of⠀leading-edge⠀BI, big⠀data, and⠀IoT⠀technologies.
• Proven⠀experience⠀with⠀Microsoft⠀Azure⠀Analytics⠀is⠀required.
• Understanding⠀of how to⠀define and⠀support a⠀data⠀governance⠀framework.
• Strong⠀business⠀acumen and⠀ability to⠀align BI⠀initiatives⠀with⠀business⠀objectives.
• Strong⠀vendor⠀management⠀skills.
• Understanding⠀of agile⠀software⠀development⠀methodologies.
• Excellent⠀communication⠀and⠀leadership⠀skills.
