As an Associate Creative Director (ACD), you will play a key role in a dynamic and passionate creative team, pushing the boundaries of storytelling and creating disruptive, strategic work. You'll lead and mentor a team of Copywriters, Art Directors, and Designers to produce award-winning creative that drives consumer engagement and fosters strong emotional connections with audiences. Working alongside the Creative Director, Strategy, and Account teams, you will take ownership of the creative process from concept to execution, contributing to the development of ideas that challenge the status quo and build meaningful, memorable experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership: Guide the ideation and execution of client programs, brand promotions, and campaigns, ensuring they are both engaging and strategically sound.
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn strategic briefs into innovative, thought-provoking, and memorable creative work.
  • Presentation & Communication: Confidently present big ideas, creative concepts, and campaign strategies to clients and internal teams, communicating your vision clearly and persuasively.
  • Client Collaboration: Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, brand, and consumer base to inform creative decisions and build stronger brand connections.
  • Team Mentorship: Manage, mentor, and inspire creative talent, overseeing the copy discipline while promoting a culture of growth and excellence within the team.
  • Brand Voice & Guidelines: Lead the development of brand guidelines, ensuring consistent verbal tone and copy direction across various channels.
  • Digital Experience: Supervise and craft compelling digital experiences, advising clients and internal teams on best practices in digital design and user experience.
  • Multi-Channel Content: Oversee the creation of persuasive copy for promotions, social media campaigns, online ads, websites, and other brand communications.
  • Content Creation: Create and develop scripts for TV and online videos, and manage production processes such as casting and execution.

Skills and Experience:

  • Creative Experience: 6+ years of creative copywriting experience, preferably in an agency or brand environment.
  • Proficiency with Tools: Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with other digital tools.
  • Writing Skills: Strong ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive copy across multiple formats (digital, social, TV, etc.).
  • Creative Direction: Proven experience in developing and overseeing content for brand campaigns, promotions, and digital experiences.
  • Leadership & Mentoring: Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and inspiring creative teams.
  • Presentation Skills: Confident in presenting and articulating creative ideas to clients and internal teams.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing recent work with creative, strategic thinking and flawless execution.
  • Digital & Video Experience: Experience with online video production and scriptwriting, and a good understanding of digital user experience.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in copywriting and content quality.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities with experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
