As an Associate Creative Director, Art, you will be at the forefront of crafting world-class creative campaigns and brand identity systems. You will lead and mentor a talented team of designers while collaborating cross-functionally with strategists, copywriters, motion designers, and other experts to create impactful, on-brand experiences for our clients. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the creative direction and further evolving the agency’s creative capabilities.
Design + Individual Contribution:
- Creative Concept Development: Collaborate with creative directors, strategists, and other team members to conceive and develop innovative creative concepts and brand identity systems for B2B clients.
- Execution: Apply your conceptual thinking to create solutions that are not only visually compelling but also strategically aligned with client objectives, surpassing expectations.
- Client Presentations: Confidently present your creative work to clients, articulating the value of the solutions and driving sales presentations when needed.
- Design Refinement: Gather and incorporate feedback from both internal teams and clients to refine and enhance design concepts and execution.
Creative + Sales Leadership:
- Mentorship & Coaching: Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of designers, fostering their growth and ensuring high standards of creative excellence.
- Creative Reviews: Lead weekly creative reviews, offering constructive feedback while celebrating team achievements.
- Business Development: Contribute to the agency's growth by participating in brainstorming sessions, proposal development, and pricing discussions, utilizing your expertise to win new business.
- Creative Oversight: Ensure the quality and consistency of all creative deliverables, ensuring they align with the brand’s vision and uphold the agency’s reputation for excellence.
Experience & Tools:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience facilitating cross-functional teams to craft emotionally resonant, on-brief creative concepts that can scale across different content and media types.
- Mastery of Design Principles: Deep passion and expertise in creating visually stunning experiences across both digital and print platforms.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design experience and technical proficiency in creating exceptional solutions.
- Experience: 4–6 years of experience in art direction or design, with formal training in the field.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in industry-standard tools, including Figma and Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), to bring creative visions to life.
