As the ACD, Art, you’ll work alongside an amazing writer and have the opportunity to lead and create 360-degree campaigns and projects that push boundaries. You’ll be a key player in turning strategic ideas into visual masterpieces, both as a leader and a hands-on creative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Leadership: Take ownership of key projects, providing vision, direction, and leadership while mentoring junior team members.
- Collaboration: Work closely with writers, designers, and other creative teams to craft compelling campaigns across various media and platforms.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, presenting ideas, and selling creative work.
- Design Excellence: Produce outstanding, strategic, and on-brand visual solutions that resonate with the target audience.
- Innovation: Lead the charge in conceptual thinking, bringing fresh, unexpected ideas to life that challenge conventional boundaries.
- Project Management: Ensure creative work is on time, within budget, and meets the agreed-upon objectives.
- Brand Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of your client’s business and industry, ensuring your creative solutions are grounded in their goals and audience needs.
