Associate Corporate Procurement

• Provide⠀support in⠀procurement⠀processes⠀related⠀for⠀non-project,⠀and⠀non-office⠀related⠀services,⠀namely⠀general⠀services,⠀IT,⠀events,⠀entertainment,⠀catering,⠀etc for⠀Group⠀Corporate⠀entity⠀requirements.
• Ensure⠀the⠀required⠀quality of⠀service⠀and⠀supplier⠀performance⠀are⠀maintained⠀with a⠀high⠀degree of⠀customer⠀(business⠀unit)⠀satisfaction.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support in⠀optimizing⠀the⠀procurement⠀process⠀and liaise⠀between⠀external⠀vendors⠀and⠀internal⠀departments.
• Design⠀a suitable⠀contract⠀database⠀and⠀protocol⠀for⠀ongoing⠀supplier⠀management⠀including⠀the⠀ongoing⠀creating,⠀rationalization⠀and⠀management⠀of⠀preferred⠀suppliers⠀along with⠀a clear⠀contractor⠀overview⠀highlighting⠀information.
• Review⠀users⠀RFP/PR⠀documents⠀as per the⠀process⠀and⠀DOA.
• Conduct⠀commercial⠀review⠀(scoping⠀and⠀technical⠀review are⠀performed⠀by Dept.)⠀and⠀analyze⠀commercial⠀proposals.
• Submit⠀recommendation⠀for⠀supervisor⠀and then⠀Department⠀Head for⠀approval
• Oversee⠀the⠀provision⠀of⠀services/quality⠀of⠀products.
• Liaise⠀and⠀coordinate⠀with⠀Finance on⠀invoice⠀payments⠀and ensure⠀budget⠀availability
• Ensure⠀timely⠀delivery⠀of⠀critical⠀items/services.
• Ensure⠀and⠀participate⠀with user⠀in the⠀technical⠀analysis.
• Responsible⠀for⠀sourcing/procurement⠀components⠀across the⠀business.

RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE

• Min of: 4+ years of experience in purchasing and general procurement activities, good connections with general suppliers in UAE.

• Good⠀knowledge⠀in⠀end-to-end⠀contract⠀lifecycle⠀management⠀of⠀contracts
• Attention⠀to detail⠀for⠀monitoring⠀contract⠀delivery

• Excellent⠀communication⠀skills⠀(verbal,⠀written)⠀for⠀drafting⠀and⠀maintaining⠀contracts⠀Building⠀and⠀maintaining⠀strong⠀relationships⠀with users⠀and⠀suppliers/contractors
• Great⠀understanding⠀of⠀policies,⠀procedures⠀& awork⠀methods

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, supply chain, commerce or equivalent
