The Associate Account Executive will support sales activities in an aligned region and, upon successful completion of training and responsibilities, transition into a Sales Representative role. This position involves training to demonstrate proper product use in operating room settings, executing the sales cycle professionally and ethically, and expanding Ethicon's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all sales-related activities within the assigned region.
  • Demonstrate proper preparation and surgical use of Ethicon products.
  • Execute effective sales presentations using techniques learned in training.
  • Address customer product questions and objections using sales methodology.
  • Provide case coverage to support surgeons with Ethicon’s platforms and products in operating rooms.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including Business Conduct Policy and Health Care Compliance (HCC).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary Range: $55,000–$95,000.
  • Eligible for an annual performance-based bonus.
  • Company car provided through the Fleet Program.

  • Participation in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
  • Paid time off benefits include:
    • Up to 120 vacation hours per year.
    • Up to 40 sick hours per year (56 hours for Washington State residents).

    • Up to 40 hours of Work, Personal, and Family Time annually.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in sales, marketing, healthcare, or a professional field.
  • Ability to travel, including overnight or weekend trips as needed.
  • Willingness to relocate based on geographic assignment.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional experience.
  • Background in business planning and forecasting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, or Business.
  • Experience in new or evolving sales channels.
  • Strong organizational skills and process management expertise.
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance.
  • Ability to work effectively in an operating room setting.
