The Associate Account Executive will support sales activities in an aligned region and, upon successful completion of training and responsibilities, transition into a Sales Representative role. This position involves training to demonstrate proper product use in operating room settings, executing the sales cycle professionally and ethically, and expanding Ethicon's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with all sales-related activities within the assigned region.
- Demonstrate proper preparation and surgical use of Ethicon products.
- Execute effective sales presentations using techniques learned in training.
- Address customer product questions and objections using sales methodology.
- Provide case coverage to support surgeons with Ethicon’s platforms and products in operating rooms.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including Business Conduct Policy and Health Care Compliance (HCC).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary Range: $55,000–$95,000.
- Eligible for an annual performance-based bonus.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least one year of relevant experience in sales, marketing, healthcare, or a professional field.
- Ability to travel, including overnight or weekend trips as needed.
- Willingness to relocate based on geographic assignment.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience.
- Background in business planning and forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, or Business.
- Experience in new or evolving sales channels.
- Strong organizational skills and process management expertise.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance.
- Ability to work effectively in an operating room setting.
