Essential Functions:
- Participate in pre-construction planning and logistics.
- Maintain and update project schedules; document daily progress and weekly updates with photos.
- Keep a complete and updated field set of project documents and validate subcontractor RFIs.
- Promote a strong safety culture and enforce OSHA standards; lead safety meetings.
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors; facilitate weekly meetings.
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges to ensure minimal cost impact.
- Represent the company at career fairs, client events, and presentations.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in field management; 0-1 year in healthcare projects.
- Skills:
- Understanding of project schedules and deliverables.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering (preferred).
- Experience in Construction: 0-5 years managing commercial interiors, healthcare, or mission-critical projects.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with construction trades (wood frame, steel, concrete structures).
