Assistant Community Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Community Managers and the Director of Resident Services.
  • Become familiar with and manage the assigned properties.
  • Respond to homeowner phone calls and emails related to work orders and general inquiries.
  • Issue work orders to vendors and follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Schedule move-ins and move-outs, process deposits, and manage community calendars.
  • Prepare and send mailings to residents.
  • Handle requests for sales-related information.
  • Inform Community Managers about any unresolved or pending issues.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma; a college degree is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
