- Provide administrative support to the Admin team.
- Assist in managing office supplies and equipment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Assist in organizing company events and activities.
- Maintain and update records and databases.
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding and employee documentation.
- Perform general clerical tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven⠀experience⠀in an⠀administrative⠀role is a⠀plus.
- Proficient⠀in⠀Microsoft⠀Office⠀Suite.
- Excellent⠀organizational⠀and⠀multitasking⠀abilities.
- Strong⠀communication⠀skills,⠀both⠀written⠀and⠀verbal.
- Ability⠀to work⠀independently⠀and as⠀part of a⠀team.
- Attention⠀to detail⠀and⠀problem-solving⠀skills.
