Art Designer

Sportex is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Designer to lead our in-house team of creative professionals. This role is central to setting the design standard for all our projects, enhancing our company's image, and delivering exceptional results for our valued clients. We’re looking for a leader who combines marketing expertise with business acumen to inspire a team and elevate our creative output. The ideal candidate has a natural talent for design, a passion for innovation, and the ability to connect with our diverse industrial client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of high-level graphic designs and provide constructive feedback to keep the creative team inspired.
• Develop a variety of logo designs suited for use across a range of physical products.
• Design large-format graphics, including signs, banners, and wall wraps.
• Conceptualize innovative product designs aligned with production capabilities.
• Create standout T-shirt graphics and exceptional layouts for booklets, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Design digital assets for online marketing campaigns.
• Elevate and grow Sportex’s internal branding efforts.
• (Bonus) Design user interfaces and digital platforms for web applications.
• Provide strong creative direction with a balance of design innovation and business objectives.
• Present ideas, campaigns, and design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

• A compelling portfolio showcasing exceptional creative thinking and execution.
• 5+ years of experience leading a creative or design team.
• Expertise in designing for physical products such as apparel, signage, and promotional items.
• Proficiency in creating project presentations and presenting to clients.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to grow as a designer.
• 7+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) applications.
• Ability to accept and incorporate constructive feedback and revisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3D design skills (e.g., Cinema 4D or equivalent software).
• Experience in UI design.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field.
