Your Contribution

• Interface⠀with the⠀client and⠀stakeholders⠀providing⠀inventive⠀and⠀relevant⠀project⠀solutions.
• Manage⠀successful⠀communication⠀between⠀the firm⠀and⠀client.
• Develop⠀and manage⠀project⠀scope,⠀schedule,⠀free⠀structure,⠀and budget⠀targets to⠀ensure a⠀successful⠀outcome.
• Oversee⠀project⠀cost and⠀staff and⠀balance⠀utilization⠀and⠀profitability.
• Direct⠀and manage⠀multiple⠀projects.
• Readily⠀assists as⠀needed to⠀aid the⠀team in⠀project⠀completion.
• Build⠀client⠀relationships⠀and take⠀responsibility⠀for key⠀client⠀development.
• Oversee⠀site⠀visits and⠀assessments.
• Develop⠀design⠀concepts⠀and⠀proposals,⠀creating⠀detailed⠀drawings⠀and⠀specifications.
• Collaborate⠀with⠀engineering⠀and other⠀consultants.
• Present⠀designs to⠀clients⠀and⠀stakeholders⠀for⠀feedback⠀and⠀approval.
• Other⠀duties as⠀assigned.

Your Qualifications

• Obtain a⠀Registered⠀Architect⠀License.
• 10-15⠀years in⠀design of⠀educational⠀spaces⠀that⠀foster⠀learning,⠀collaboration,⠀and safety⠀while⠀considering⠀budgetary⠀restraints.
• Proficient⠀in Revit⠀Architecture,⠀Microsoft⠀Word &⠀Excel,⠀Bluebeam,⠀and⠀Sketchup.
• Strong⠀time⠀management⠀skills and⠀a keen eye⠀for⠀detail.
• Effective⠀communication⠀skills to⠀allow for⠀seamless⠀collaboration⠀with⠀education,⠀administrators,⠀and⠀consulting⠀teams.
